Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This cheerful birthday card has an image of a slice of birthday cake with a candle and the messages Enjoy Your Very Special Day, It's Party Time, and Let's Celebrate.
A printed background of pastel blue dots on a pale blue background has a random orange and pink design in the botton left corner.
A square card topper has been added, offset to the top right, with a printed image of a slice of birthday cake with a candle and bunting and the message It's Party Time. The topper has been mounted on foam pads to add dimension.
A message with the words Enjoy Your Very Special Day has been added in the bottom left corner.
Along the bottom edge of the inside of the card is a strip of matching dotty patterned card with another message, this time with the words Let's Celebrate.
The card measures approximately 14.8cm square and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag. It will be posted in a board backed envelope for protection.
Your order will be posted by 2nd class post within 1 working day (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
