You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

This handcrafted special shaker style card is suitable to send to someone special for Christmas.
The design has been assembled with time and care to bring a unique element of sparkle to your Christmas.
The window to the shaker is die cut from individual letters ‘J’, O’ and ‘Y’ revealing a combination of pink, blue and purple sequins sitting on aqua coloured card stock.
The top layer has a patterned pink festive design with stockings and candy canes and the base layer is a glitter effect mint coloured card stock.
When you pick up the card, you can shake from side to side to move the sequins around the window.
We've left the inside of the card blank so that you can write your own message before sending.
