Having been told locally where a pair of Barn owls were roosting, I set out in full winter woolly gear and my camera to wait to see if I could capture on camera the birds coming in and out of their derelict barn. Sure enough, I managed to capture some useful shots and this pencil drawing is the result of the couple of hours spent in the cold.

Full description
Barn owls are a favourite subject of mine to draw, even though there are not many of them on this island. When I do get the opportunity, I take as many images as I can, and this image is one of my favourites.
A beautiful signed Limited Edition A4 Giglee print of a Barn Owl Perching is a lovely addition to any offfice or home wall.
