I recieved the Murano glass beads from a lady who was a jewellery maker back in the 1990’s these beads have been perfectly preserved in the dark for over 20 years so the light cannot fade the stunning colours, Making Murano glass is a hot labour of love, the tell tale sign these are genuine hand made Murano is the lip you see on the beads near the hole where they cut off one bead from the other, see the photo of the beads before I made the necklace and you can see some with the lip.

Made with beautiful vintage genuine Murano glass beads in a dark Jade green with gold flecks, I have added black faceted beads to contrast, the gold that is mixed into each bead catches the light perfectly, the necklace is strung on strong flexible 49 strand wire and i have threaded 5mm gold glass tube beads as spacers this is a one off design so you will be getting something very unique, the clasp is a gold plated heart and cupids arrow toggle clasp, measuring 21inches its a real statement piece. Will be carefully gift wrapped before posting.
