The mossy colours of this pretty necklace made from 6mm Unakite Beads give it an elemental feel, perfect as a gift for a nature loving friend. Unakite is considered by some to be a grounding and balancing stone. Historically it was associated with a March birthday. The colour of these stones are a range of greens, mainly olive shades, and reddish brown. I have strung the beads on high performance nylon in the same way that I string freshwater pearls: with a tiny knot between each bead. This gives the piece a good drape and also reduces the risk of losing all your beads in the unlikely event of the thread breaking. The necklace is finished with sterling silver fittings.
Each bead is 6mm in diameter. The necklace is 46.5cms (18.3 ins) long. It is finished with a sterling silver trigger clasp. The necklace weighs 25gms.
I will post your necklace to you wrapped in acid free tissue paper in a sturdy cardboard postage box.
