A lot of my inspiration comes from the yarns that I find. I had used this yarn on a personal project and was fascinated by how the Fair Isle effect formed and I loved its thick chunky feel. I wanted to create two hats that were the same, but different, so designed two complementing knitting patterns and made one in a slightly larger size. They would be great for a couple, but I'll also sell them separately.

A hand knit beanie style hat in a delightful Fair Isle effect, created by the colours of the merino and acrylic blend yarn. Added to this, the unique design makes it a truly one-of-a-kind beanie, there won't be another one like yours!
The colours are subtle shades of blue, grey and white and it's suitable for both men and women. It fits up to a medium sized adult head.
Your beanie is in an acrylic yarn blend with 20% merino wool, giving it all the warmth benefits of merino and the practicality of modern synthetic fibres. The chunky weight of the yarn makes it the perfect thickness to protect you from the chilly weather, but still light enough to roll up and put in your pocket.
Merino wool also has anti-bacterial properties and won't need washing as much, but if you do want to wash it, please use a gentle hand-wash in hand warm water and dry flat if possible. Remove the tag before washing.
