Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Bring a touch of Northern spirit to your festive season with this handcrafted Angel of the North design, cut from sustainably sourced plywood.
Each piece is sanded to a smooth, tactile finish that feels comforting and natural in the hand, capturing the warmth of this iconic landmark in a simple, timeless form.
Your decoration comes with enough natural jute twine for each piece, supplied untied so you can decide how to display it.
If you prefer, I can pre-tie the twine for you - just leave a note at checkout.
You’ll also find a set of small eyehooks that can be screwed into the predrilled holes on the bottom of each decoration if you’d like to link your decorations together for a garland-style display.
Each decoration is presented in a recyclable gift box, packed with sterilised, natural and sustainable materials chosen to protect your pieces and look beautiful on arrival.
You can select your preferred packaging from the options shown in the final image, or leave it to the Woodshop Helpers to choose the most fitting materials for your order.
Inside the box, you’ll find a little note from the Woodshop - a small thank-you and a reminder that every piece is one of a kind.
All pieces are handcrafted in my North Eastern workshop, each one unique and made with care and character.
