This is a round, sloping sided basket. Which will bring some nature into your home, and is useful too. This is an attractive storage basket or plant pot holder (make sure you protect the base from water e.g. using a plant pot saucer or use a pot that holds water).
Each basket is unique with its own natural pattern and shape. Even though the rods are sorted for each style they still weave in their own quirky ways, and some have darker ends or tips creating different colour patterns. Which adds to the fun of not knowing exactly how a basket will turn out.

I use re-usable packaging for postage wherever possible to support the environment.
If your basket is kept in direct sunlight the willow colours will fade over time. Being a natural material the colours soften and become paler.

A round basket with tapered/sloping sides
Height - 18cm
Width at the top - 30cm
With of the base - 37cm
The basket is made using Black Maul, Old French and Flanders Red willow from Somerset.
I used 3ft, 4ft and 5ft long willow which would have been counted out, soaked for three to five days, and left to mellow overnight before being woven into this decorative and useful basket
