The natural form and beauty of the material as well as the natural world and my own artistic eye inspires how each piece evolves. This is the second item I created for official sale and like everything I created was made with love and positive energy.

Full description
This hand crafted mirror was created from a locally, responsibly and sustainably sourced supplier. Traditionally milled, dried and seasoned the plank was lovingly prepared and cut to display the natural curves of the waney edges.
Assembled using hand cut mortis and tenon joints it is held together using hand carved green oak pegs which can be removed to disassemble and access the mirror glass should it require changing.
The frame has been sculpted to add further tactile dimension to the piece and display the depth of the grain. It has been sanded to a seriously smooth standard and treated with multiple coats of raw linseed oil and beeswax.
The mirror weighs 10kg and is supplied with all you need to fix to hang it. Postage will be calculated depending on distance and the lowest value rate applied.
