Welcome to my Folksy Shop. Most of my work is inspired by Nature and Seasons, with a whimsical touch. I create original textile art, hanging decorations, cards and gifts, using a combination of fabric applique, free motion machine embroidery, hand embroidery and paint.
A lot of my designs are carefully photographed and printed onto cards and bookmarks. make gifts and accessories using Free Motion and Hand Embroidery Techniques.

Full description
Each Robin is handcrafted with love, thread and off cuts of fabrics and designed and hand cut by me, in the heart of the North East of England.
The stitching details are created with a freehand machine embroidery technique incorporating fabric applique and a satin ribbon to hang in your chosen spot.
The design is a perfect keepsake to represent a lost loved one and keep them close. There is an option to personalise with up to 2 names too.

Please note, that as they are handmade they may differ slightly from the photo, but this gives each one it’s unique character.

- Ready made like the photo - you will receive a robin similar to the photo
- Custom made from loved ones fabric - you will need to send part of your loved ones clothing to me, so I will email you on receipt of the order or contact me via the contact button prior to ordering
