Welcome to my Folksy Shop. Most of my work is inspired by Nature and Seasons, with a whimsical touch. I create original textile art, hanging decorations, cards and gifts, using a combination of fabric applique, free motion machine embroidery, hand embroidery and paint.

Hi, my name is Michelle, a textile and mixed media artist inspired by Nature and Seasons, with a whimsical touch. I create original textile art, hanging decorations, cards and gifts, using a combination of fabric applique, free motion machine embroidery, hand embroidery and paint.

Since I began back in 2010, I have been conscious about waste, as the textile industry has had a major impact on our environment and so I made it my mission to use up as many tiny scraps of fabric or paper (even the tiniest) in my work. Being very mindful about our environment, anything I use within my business I try to source sustainably and use environmentally friendly items where I can.
