You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Processing time:- Orders are usually dispatched within 3 working days. During the festive season this may extend slightly, but I'll always keep you updated. Delivery:- All items include free UK delivery and are carefully packaged to arrive in perfect condition. Returns & Exchanges:- I gladly accept returns if you contact me within 14 days of delivery and return the items within 21 days. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item isn't returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value. Personalised or Custom Orders:- Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Handmade Variations:- Each Peony Crafts item is individually handmade, so small variations in colour, layout, or embellishment may occur - this is part of their unique charm.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
