A variety of quartz, yellow tiger’s eye forms when the mineral crocidolite has its fibres replaced by silica. Discovered in 1892, its name obviously comes from its similarity to the colour of a real tiger’s eye, where the light reflects in the shape of a band over its surface (known as chatoyancy).
Tiger’s eye is often associated with encouraging new beginnings and opportunities, accessing inner strength and helping to channel it towards personal dreams and ambitions.

Full description
This horn shaped pendant is made from yellow tiger's eye stone and is topped with a gold copper wire spiral with another tiny tiger's eye stone in the centre.
The pendant's on faux suede cord to match the colour of the stone and features a gold tone lobster clasp and 2 inch extender chain, finished with a further tiny tiger's eye at its end.

The cord measures 46cm (18ins) with a 5cm (2in) extender chain. The pendant itself measures 4cm.
