Full description
To use up small amounts of scrap yarn I had purchased from charity shops in my area I decided to create an ombre effect in a crochet stitch that showcases the yarn. When I ran out of yarns, I continued in black to get the desired length, the black yarn is also made up of small amounts of scraps! The patchwork of scrap yarn reduces textile waste making this a sustainable and eco friendly option.
The final scarf length of 160 cm was decided when I ran out of yarn so you can rest easy knowing that no waste has come from this product. The width of the scarf is 20 cm and I feel that this has a unisex finish to it.
Wash at 30 degrees, dry flat I would recommend hand washing due to wool yarn being used- do not know exact fibre quantity as the yarns were brought second hand
