I only post to mainland UK - England, Scotland and Wales, using second class post. Please note: I do not post to Northern Ireland due to restristions and additional charges imposed. Full description
This is an original impressionistic style painting (not a print) of a vase of tulips in a lovely purple colour with a warm orange/brown background.
It is painted on 8x8 inch quality watercolour paper (300gsm) which was gessoed before painting to give a smoother base for the painting. I created the painting in layers, using quality Golden acrylic paints, to give a wonderful depth to the image. I have signed and varnished the painting to protect it.
The painting will be sent unframed and unmounted, but it is shown here in a mounted frame with an 8x8 inch aperture. Frame shown is Ikea Lomviken 32x32cm but any frame with 8x8 inch aperture will fit. You can frame it with or without glass, depending on if you'd like to show the texture of the painting.
I have endeavoured to photograph the painting as accurately as possible, in natural light. The painting will be posted second class in a protective cellophane bag and cardboard backed envelope. At present I post to UK mainland only.
