Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
This sweet Christmas card, with the messages Happy Christmas and With Love, has a central printed topper showing a cute snowman wearing a red, white and green scarf and a black hat. The snowman is standing next to a bird house, with one robin sitting on a branch and one on the snowman's hat.
The image has been mounted onto a square of red and white dotty card which has been offset onto a red, grey, green and white striped background, with a band of navy blue organza ribbon wrapped around it.
An off white snowflake embellishment has been added in the top left corner and a circular red message with the words Happy Christmas in gold in the bottom right corner to complete the design.
Inside the card is a strip of the same stripey card down the right hand edge with another red circular message with the words With Love.
The card measures 15cm square and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
It will be posted by 2nd class post within one working day of your order (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
