Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This sweet Christmas card, with the message Happy Christmas, has a central printed topper showing a cute snowman wearing a red, white and green scarf and a black hat. The snowman is standing next to a bird house, with one robin sitting on a branch and one on the snowman's hat.
The image has been mounted on foam pads above a background of red and white dotty card with a band of fawn and white polka dot card and a red and white grosgrain ribbon wrapped around it.
A gold metallic message with the words Happy Christmas has been added in the bottom right corner to complete the design.
Inside the card is a strip of the same beige and white polka dot card down the right hand edge which will show when the card is displayed.
The card measures 15cm square and is supplied with a white envelope and inside a clear poly bag and a board backed envelope for protection.
It will be posted by 2nd class post within one working day of your order (excludes Sunday and bank holidays).
Postage can be upgraded to Royal Mail Tracked 24 by adding the Upgrade Postage item to your order.
