I was inspired by the "folklore" etsy theme to create a new piece, and found these mermaid charms that I had not yet used. I wanted to pair them with a colour scheme and beads that evoked the fantastical mermaid/ nautical style I wanted, and the tiny pearls also added to the vibe. Mermaids were one of my favourite mythical creatures as a child and I tried to encapsulate that feeling of seaside magic in a wearable piece.

These handmade earrings are crafted with stainless steel hooks, sterling silver mermaid charms, turquoise crystal chip, decorative spacers, large lilac glass beads and offset with smaller pastel pearl beads. Nautical style with a magical touch.
