Welcome to my Folksy Shop. Most of my work is inspired by Nature and Seasons, with a whimsical touch. I create original textile art, hanging decorations, cards and gifts, using a combination of fabric applique, free motion machine embroidery, hand embroidery and paint.
A lot of my designs are carefully photographed and printed onto cards and bookmarks. make gifts and accessories using Free Motion and Hand Embroidery Techniques.
I was kind of inspired by Good Witch vibes, but I have called her 'Fairy' as she looks more like a fairy

Full description
Fairy Hanging Decoration
Each Fairy is handcrafted with love, thread and off cuts of fabric, sitting on a wool/mix felt background, with Embroidered and Applique Details, which has the perfect touch of whimsical encapsulating a touch of magic.
The stitching details are created by freehand machine, free motion embroidery incorporating fabric applique and is embellished with 2 gold metallic stars.
Please note, that as they are handmade they may differ slightly from the photo, but this gives each one it’s unique character.
Approximately 10.5 cm x 7.5 cm (with ribbon loop 16 cm)

Wrapped in acid free tissue paper
Wipe clean only. Gently press on reverse with warm iron
