Batik Belter is a bold, one-of-a-kind handmade quilted vest created from two repurposed cotton shirts — a soft pale blue and a vibrant green-and-white Batik print. It combines artisan detail, striking colour, and sustainable design in a unique layering piece perfect for year-round wear.
The upper section is hand-quilted to echo the flowing Batik pattern, while the lower half is machine-quilted for structure. Filled with 100% cotton wadding, it offers breathable warmth without bulk. Thoughtfully designed with bust darts, a gentle A-line flare, and a padded collar, this vest is as flattering as it is functional.
Two lined patch pockets provide everyday practicality, while a central placket and reclaimed buttons add polish. A discreet hem label completes the look.
