I was attending a collage course and covered boxes with fabric and decorated them in various ways. I experimented and created this pyramid box in order to gather my sewing gear together in one place.
I have enjoyed having it as an ornament. I am no needlewoman, and it is one of the many things I have made that I can now bear to part with.

I have made this pyramid-shaped sewing box, from thin ply and decorated it with fabric and beads.
It is fully equipped for sewing tasks, with room to add extras.
The bright autumn-themed fabric of falling leaves catches the eye, and the pyramid opens to reveal a cloisonne thimble, scissors, needles, measuring tape, needle threaders, pins and threads.
This is a beautiful, unusual gift for a needlewoman.
I made this for myself, but I have never used it and it is simply an ornament. It needs the love of someone who will use it and enjoy owning the only one on earth like this.
