I am always inspired by the beautiful colours of nature – some are natural, some are placed to enhance a space, and some are man-made. Whatever the source of inspiration I try to base my weaving on the scenes I have photographed while out walking in the natural world. This colour palette was a combination of the autumnal light drawing out the colours of the fading beauty of the shrubs and plants in local gardens.

This beautiful 'Autumn Sunset' cushion is the perfect size and shape to support your neck, or the small of your back, while relaxing in the garden as the day draws to a close.
A handwoven front using eco-friendly, sustainably sourced yarns, are used to create these unique SAORI inspired cushions. The cushion is backed using 100% natural linen and the cushion pad is filled with feathers, which is then hand-sewn closed.
The cushions are made from "end of warp" textiles that would otherwise be discarded.
