Full description
A fine art giclée print of my original artwork, titled Chimera I. This piece explores the tension and harmony between two powerful animals — the tiger and the lion — brought together in one striking portrait.
Printed using archival inks on beautifully textured paper, this is a detailed reproduction of the original pencil drawing. The print includes a white border (around 1/4 inch) for easy mounting or framing, and captures every fine mark from the original.
The original piece was drawn with Faber-Castell Polychromos and Caran d’Ache Luminance pencils on Clairefontaine Pastelmat, a paper that really allows the colours and textures to shine.
Two sizes are available: 5x7 inches and A4.
This was the first piece in my Chimera series, inspired by those real-life chimera cats with perfectly split facial markings. I was drawn to the idea of combining animals with shared symbolism — strength, power, majesty — and seeing how those qualities interact visually and emotionally in one form.
