Full description
A fine art giclée print of my original drawing, Chimera III, which brings together two birds of prey — the eagle and the owl — in one detailed, symmetrical portrait. It's part of my ongoing series exploring duality through imagined animal hybrids.
This print is made using archival-quality inks on fine art paper, with a 1/4 inch white border for easy mounting or framing. It faithfully reproduces every fine pencil mark and subtle detail of the original piece.
The original drawing was created with Faber-Castell Polychromos and Caran d’Ache Luminance pencils on Clairefontaine Pastelmat — a surface that holds detail and depth beautifully.
Available in two sizes: 5x7 inches and A4.
With this piece, I wanted to blend two very different types of sight and symbolism — the eagle’s clarity and power with the owl’s mystery and quiet intelligence. It’s a quieter piece in the series, but one that invites a longer look.
