You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

All Peony Craft items are handmade with care, so each one is unique. Cards are left blank inside unless you ask for a stamped sentiment. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. Returns are accepted on non-personalised items; buyers cover return postage. custom/personalised orders can't be returned unless faulty. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days of payment. At busy times please allow the full 5 days, but I always try to post sooner where possible. Cards contain small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months. Postage is included in the price for single cards and most orders will be sent as a Large Letter. If you would like to order two or more cards, please contact me first so I can ensure postage is correct - multiple boxed cards may need to be sent as small parcel. I'll be happy to set up a custom listing for you. To ensure each handmade card arrives safely, I may send multiple cards in separate parcels. There's no extra cost to you, and it means each card is well protected in the post.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
