Welcome to my Folksy Shop. Most of my work is inspired by Nature and Seasons, with a whimsical touch. I create original textile art, hanging decorations, cards and gifts, using a combination of fabric applique, free motion machine embroidery, hand embroidery and paint.
A lot of my designs are carefully photographed and printed onto cards and bookmarks. make gifts and accessories using Free Motion and Hand Embroidery Techniques.

Full description
Every mini pumpkin decoration is handcrafted with love, thread and off cuts of fabric, sitting on a wool/mix felt background, with a little silk scarf embellishment and a tiny piece of hand painted fabric.
The stitching details are created by freehand machine embroidery incorporating fabric applique. The thrifted silk scarf is frayed and hand sewn onto the pumpkin.
Please note, that as they are handmade they may differ slightly from the photo, but this gives each one it’s unique character.
