An original artwork on watercolour paper using watercolours, pencils and acrylic paints.
The inspiration for this illustration is the mysterious and graceful beauty of a barn owl.
In some traditions, barn owls are seen as symbols of wisdom and love due to their heart-shaped faces. I depicted the owl with small fly agaric growing through her feathers as a symbol of secret knowledge while the ivy represents protection.
The size of the art work is A4 210x297mm, 8.3inchx11inches.It is sold without frame, without mount and shipped protected by a biodegradable sleeve and corrugated card, in a Please Do Not Bend A4 envelope.
