Full description
This large tabletop wooden darning mushroom can be used to mend all those pesky holes in your favourite clothes! I started making these after a request from a customer who had limited mobility in her hands and wanted a duel purpose mushroom.
This one can be used in the traditional hand held fashion or alternatively flat on a table where the large base aids stability.
Measuring approximately 90mm (3 12") across by 95mm tall (3 34"), it's been hand crafted from sustainably grown Beech with a laminated Beech handle (see picture 4) and is ideal for all your darning or visible mending needs.
Please note I have more than one of these available so yours will vary slightly due to differences in the wood. Accessories shown are not included
