Full description
This lovely pendant shines and sparkles in the sunlight and was inspired by the beautiful blue skies of the seemingly endless summer we've had (now ended!). It is made from sterling silver square profile wire formed into a circle. The wire has been textured by hammering it with the flat end of a rivet hammer to pattern the wire with lots of tiny lines. The bail of the pendant has also been hammered in the same way and has been soldered to the top of the pendant. The gorgeous faceted Sky Blue Topaz has been set in silver and the setting has been inset into the bottom of the circle.
Dimensions:
Drop length: The pendant measures 33mm from the top of the bail to the bottom of the setting.
Width: 22mm diameter.
Topaz: 7mm diameter faceted cut stone.
The wire is 2mm wide.
The pendant is is hung from an 18" belcher chain. It is detachable from the chain.
The pendant has been made from 100% recycled sterling silver.
Hallmark: To comply with the UK Hallmarking Act 1973, all items made from sterling silver require a hallmark if they weigh 7.78g or over. As the pendant is detachable from the chain and in itself, weighs less than 7.78g, it is not hallmarked.
The pendant comes in a box with an anti tarnish foam/velvet insert and is tied with a narrow ribbon. A silver cleaning cloth is also included.
