You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

All Peony Craft items are handmade with care, so each is is unique. Cards are left blank inside unless you ask for a stamped sentiment. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. Custom/personalised orders can't be returned unless faulty Orders are normally dispatched within 3 working days of payment. At busy times please allow full 5 days, but I will always try to post sooner where possible. Free UK delivery. Cards contain small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months.
