Preloved black denim jeans have been recycled to make this roomy hobo tote bag. It’s a large bag with a slouchy, casual feel - perfect for throwing in all your everyday essentials and heading out!
Making the most of the denim detailing, it has usable jeans pockets on the front and back of the bag. It's lined with a hard-wearing, caramel coloured man-made taffeta. Two divided slip pockets for phone, pens etc, and another with a plastic snap closure for added security.
The striped, adjustable strap is 38mm (1. inches) wide with bronze tone slider buckle can be worn as a cross body bag or shoulder style.
For those of us who lose our keys in the bottom of our bag, there's a bronze coloured swivel lobster clasp secured to the inside of the bag with a grosgrain ribbon.
I've also handmade a detachable tassel from denim and leather offcuts to match the colours in the bag.
The bag is slouchy and light to wear but has been carefully constructed to be sturdy enough for everyday use and would pack flat for travelling.
Measurements (approx): depth at centre 37cm, width at widest point 45cm, cross body drop 65cm, shoulder drop 38cm
PLEASE NOTE: I have reduced the price of the bag - the stripe is reversed on the short section of strap which can be seen on the photos. It's purely cosmetic and a daft oversight from me!!
Waste material in the production of my bags is sent for recycling.
