Full description
56g of hand spun mule wool. The wool I used to spin this was sourced from a farm in Yorkshire. It has been hand scoured before being spun. While every attempt has been made to remove all straw and debris a very small amount may still be incorporated into the wool.
This wool has then been mordanted with Alum, and dyed with onion skin. This dye has good wash and light fastness. Please hand wash only.
As with all hand spun yarn, there is some variation in the thickness of the wool, which adds to its character. This yarn is approximately DK weight and would be suitable for wool craft such as knitting and crochet.
