You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Additional terms
All Peony Crafts items are handmade with care, so each one is unique. Cards are left blank inside unless you ask for a stamped sentiment. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems with your order. Returns are accepted on non-personalised items; buyers cover return postage. Custom/personalised orders can't be returned unless faulty. Orders are normally dispatched within 3 -5 working days of payment. At busy times please allow the full 5 days, but I always will try to post sooner where possible. Cards contain small decorative parts and are not suitable for children under 36 months.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

A Luxury handmade 6x6 Christmas card featuring a wooden stocking decoration, hand-layered poinsettias, embossed snowflake detail. Finished with silver mirror card, silver twine, delicate silver pearls, ruby gems, and sparkling crystal accents, it comes presented in an elegant white gift box with the card wrapped in soft silver tissue, envelope, and hand stamped belly band with velvet ribbon - the perfect keepsake card or festive gift.
Inside: left blank for your own heartfelt message, or stamped with your choice of Christmas sentiment (please select your preferred option at checkout).
Each card is handmade in small numbers, making each one a little keepsake treasure.
