Using organic casting techniques is quite exciting because you never know what you're going to end up with as you pour the molten silver over your chosen items. It can be quite challenging to come up with designs that work with your nuggets to create wearable jewellery and I like to use my imagination when making jewellery to create something that is one off. This technique allows me to do that and will be used in more of my jewellery.

Full description
A handmade rustic looking cuff recycled sterling silver wire and sterling silver nuggets formed using the organic casting technique. The process is to pour molten silver over objects to form interesting and unique patterns, in this case I used chick peas.
It has an inside diameter of 58mm so is for quite small wrists but, by design, it will twist on so doesn't have to go over the hand. It remains quite sturdy in place on the wrist when worn depending on the size of your wrist. It has a a nice organic feels to it with the nuggets resembling abstract dear heads. well that's what i see! I may make similar ones I have not got a template for this so it will come out differently depending on the nuggets that form during the casting process.
The cuff is hallmarked with my stamp by the London Assay Office and will be sent to you in a jewellery box for safe keeping. To help you look after and care for the cuff I will include a little piece of polishing cloth for you to use. I advise you to keep it in its box when not worn and don't wear when in water. If using perfumes or lotions please don't allow the solution to go on the cuff. This will keep it at its best for you.
