I created this piece from an original photograph I took at Falmouth Beach, but chose to move away from sharp detail and instead soften and blur the lines. By doing this, I wanted to strip the scene back to a simpler, more timeless beach — one free from distractions and the sense of a specific moment in time. Removing that clarity, makes the buildings less domineering and allows the viewer’s imagination to step in, filling the space with their own memories, emotions and experiences of the Cornish coast. The result is a calm, atmospheric interpretation of Falmouth’s shoreline that feels nostalgic, reflective and quietly evocative of the British seaside.

Full description
A digitally derived digital art print called 'Taking A Dip On Falmouth Beach'. The print started as a original photograph taken by me, it was then digitally edited to produce the final effect.
12x8 Print on Fuji Crystal Archive Supreme Professional Paper with a Matt Finish. Prints are freshly printed to order and packaged securely prior to postage. Please note there can be slight colour and lighting variations due to screen settings on the device you are using.
