Santa Stop Here sign - a fun decorative cushion that does double duty as a reminder to Santa and his reindeer to visit your home.
At 10 inches square, this plump cushion is perfect for propping on your fireplace mantle, sitting on the top step of your stairs, or resting on your child's bed - anywhere you think Santa might need a little extra signpost.
I hand cut letters in red, green and gold wool felt and hand appliqued them with blanket stitch to a fun festive fabric covered in the names of Father Christmas's reindeers. There's Dasher and Dancer, Prancer and Vixen, and Comet, Donner and Blitzen. And of course Rudolph.
I bordered this central panel with red quilting cotton, and interlined it with wadding before machine quilting it with parallel lines of stitching. I chose a soft felted fabric for the back, in a rich golden yellow to match some of the wool felt letters.
The cushion has been filled with toy grade stuffing, and securely stitched closed - the cover is not removable.

Care: Sponge clean only, air dry.
