The Isiyingi collection draws its name and inspiration from the Zulu word for "circle". The circular shape, a universal symbol of unity, infinity, and wholeness, is a recurring theme. The collection's design, with its bold black and white patterns, is inspired by the natural world—the striking markings of zebras, the elegant patterns of fingerprints, and the ripple effect created by water. The use of natural materials like jute and cotton connects the pieces to the earth, while the dynamic patterns give them a modern, artistic flair.

This striking trio of handcrafted wall hangings, Monochrome Harmony, is a complete and unique collection called Isiyingi, a Zulu word that can mean "circle" or "hoop." Created with a mix of natural and textured materials, this set is a perfect statement piece for any home.
The collection features three circular pieces, all meticulously crafted with a combination of jute rope, off-white braided yarn, and black cotton cord. The largest piece, measuring 30cm in diameter, is positioned at the back, while the two smaller pieces, each 20cm in diameter, are placed in front. The designs showcase concentric circles of alternating black and off-white, with some of the black circles made from fringed cotton cord to add a dynamic, textural element. The jute rope frames each piece, providing a beautiful rustic contrast to the bold central patterns.
Designed to be sold as a complete set, Monochrome Harmony can be hung on a wall to create a cohesive and eye-catching collage, with each piece representing a different but harmonious part of the whole.
