This handcrafted wall hanging is part of the Eluhlaza collection – named after the Zulu word for "green", a colour that symbolises renewal, balance, and harmony with nature.
Made from soft cotton cord, natural sisal rope and finished with carefully placed cowrie shells, the piece blends earthy tones of green, beige and off-white for a natural yet striking look. The shells, traditionally seen as symbols of prosperity and protection, add a meaningful layer of texture and cultural connection.
Framed by a full cotton fringe in calming green, this 30cm wall hanging makes a statement as a standalone piece or as part of a curated display with other designs from the Eluhlaza collection. It can be hung on the wall or displayed on its black stand for a sculptural touch.
