This pendant was created from a series of moulds I made from flowers and plants in my garden over the course of a year. This piece was made with a snipping from a golden yew - and I think the relief of the leaf spikes has translated into an interesting piece. I like the fact that taking inspiration directly from nature gives us a point of connection and grounding to the natural world.

Full description
Silver pendant with impression of leaves from a yew tree . It has an organic look that reflects that it is a one off hand made piece. It is smooth and flat - coin like in depth. Burnished and polished to soft shine to create a very tactile piece, it has also been given a patina to bring out the details . To add a bit of extra sparkle I have added a semi precious fluorite bead. Fluorite comes in a wide range of shades across the green / purple spectrum. This one is a beautiful aqua green shade. One photo includes a five pence piece for scale .
Hangs on a 22 inch silver chain.
