Snowdrops are the first sign of spring and as such always bring a smile to my face. They also remind my of my childhood garden where they grew in abundance and, I was regularly told off for picking them :)

Full description
A limited edition (of 50) giclée print of my original watercolour painting of the same name (now sold). It has been printed by me onto an A5 sheet of inkjet art paper (acid-free 312 gsm) using pigmented, colour-fast inks.
This little painting was named after a line in a poem by George Wilson. It's a typically melodramatic Victorian poem, but the last verse begins:
'And thus the snowdrop, like the bow
That spans the cloudy sky,
Becomes a symbol whence we know
That brighter days are nigh ....'
I rather like that :)
