Full description
My collection of Birds with Attitude which this little bird is part of has been born from irrational fear of birds which I developed as a small child. Making birds from stained glass, especially ones with funky 'hair styles' has been my way of showing appreciation for this part of wildlife which I can only observed from a distance.
All of my birds can stand independently which makes them a perfect piece of home ornament which can add a good dose of dopamine to your interior perched amongst your plants, on a book shelf, desk or a window sill.
This bird has been made from a stained glass in a shade of baby pink colour. This piece of work, like majority of my pieces has been made using Tiffany (copper foil) technique.
