Spun Cotton is a vintage folk craft technique originating in Germany in the mid 19th century. It takes several days to layer and shape the cotton over a wire armature and then let the piece dry naturally. The spun cotton is then hand painted. The art is slow and fiddly but the outcome is rewardingly beautiful.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Full description
Handmade miniature art doll with glass eyes. Alien is slowly made from spun cotton and wire armature. Alien is hand painted with green body and purple extremities. Alien has purple bottom and decorative spots. Alien measures roughly 8cm tall and comes with purple hanger attached. This is for decorative purposes only and not a toy. Sent in recycled or recyclable packaging.
