This piece was inspired by the joy and comfort of festive food traditions – those little seasonal rituals that bring people together year after year. I wanted to celebrate the nostalgic charm of homemade desserts, colourful sweet treats, and the simple pleasure of gathering around a table. Each element was hand-drawn in coloured pencil to reflect the warmth, texture and familiarity of a well-loved Christmas spread. It’s a love letter to family recipes, shared moments, and the magic of food at the heart of the holidays.
