Full description
A blank card featuring a skyline illustration of some of Workington's greatest landmarks.
Great as a card for anyone from Workington, or as a card for someone moving to or from Workington. It could also make a wonderful engagement, wedding or "bon voyage" card.
I drew this skyline using pen and ink, by hand, and then digitally edited it to come up with the final image. It features the Carnegie Theatre, the bus station, Helena Thompson Museum, the railway station, St John's Church, Curwen Hall, St Michael's Church, Jane Pit, a crane from the docks, a little boat from the harbour, the crucifix from the slag heaps and the "Lookout" clock.
Size approx 148mm x 105mm; matt brown recycled envelope slightly larger.
I offer a send direct service - where I will write the card of your choice and post it on to the recipient on your behalf. Great if you are running short on time.
