By using upcycled fence posts, I wanted to preserve the natural character of the wood—its grain, knots, and subtle scars—celebrating its previous life while giving it a new purpose. The uniform block shapes paired with sleek black metal cups create a modern yet rustic aesthetic, reflecting a balance between past and present. Designed to hold votive candles, the holders evoke warmth, coziness, and connection, turning everyday materials into a functional and meaningful accent for the home.
