The Tear of the Valley pendant is inspired by the strength and stillness of the Welsh valleys. Its flowing teardrop form reflects both resilience and vulnerability — shaped, like the valleys themselves, by the slow passage of time and the flow of water.
Its hand-textured surface carries spirals, floral and celestial motifs, echoing nature’s patterns and cycles. A reminder that beauty often lies in the marks left by life’s journey, a piece of landscape, distilled into silver, to be worn close to the heart. Fully hallmarked, it is a true heirloom to treasure.

Full description
Jewellery with soul, crafted by hand.
This one-of-a-kind pendant was handmade in my Swansea studio from fine silver clay, carefully shaped into a flowing teardrop and textured with intricate, organic patterns before being kiln-fired into solid fine silver (99.9%). Its surface carries a tactile story of spirals, flowers, and moonlight, symbols of nature, cycles, and endurance.
The teardrop form is inspired by the quiet beauty of the Welsh valleys, reflecting both strength and softness. The front is richly detailed, while the back is smooth and organic, creating a natural balance. Finished with a handmade bail and suspended on an 18-inch sterling silver chain, this pendant is designed to rest close to the heart as a meaningful keepsake.
Fully hallmarked at the London Assay Office, it carries the official stamp of authenticity and quality, a true heirloom piece, created to be treasured.
