Full description
I made this one-of-a-kind necklace by melting recycled sterling silver into an organic shape and adding a raw sapphire nugget inside the molten silver. It’s a technique I love because it makes use of silver offcuts from my other designs, turning them into something beautiful and eco-friendly.
No two necklaces will ever be the same – the flow of the molten silver and the natural shape of each sapphire mean every piece is unique. I make sure the pendants are similar in size, and you can choose the chain length that works best for you. The chain threads through a double silver loop, giving the design a simple and timeless finish. The total length of the nugget and double hoop bale is approximately 15 mm.
This necklace would make a thoughtful birthday present, a special Christmas gift, or even a treat just for you. It comes carefully gift wrapped in a Thistledown Wishes box, ready to wear or give. Matching earrings are also available.
