Full description
This Victorian red post box print, featuring a rare 1866 Penfold-designed letter box still in daily use in Buxton.
The distinctive VR marking is clearly visible on the front, a fascinating reminder of its Victorian origins and connection to the reign of Queen Victoria. Now a Grade II listed post box, this historic piece of British street furniture has quietly stood the test of time, often overlooked by the many people who walk past it each day.
This photographic wall art print celebrates the character, craftsmanship and heritage of an everyday British icon.
All prints supplied unmounted. Printed on Permajet 271 paper and available in sizes A5, A4 and A3.
A5 and A4 are despatched in board backed envelope, A3 rolled in a postal tube.
