Full description
This necklace has been made using copper, recycled sterling silver, and sea glass collected from a local Highland beach. It features a lovely piece of frosted white sea glass suspended by sterling silver jump rings in a handmade copper hoop, which has been hammered for texture. The 2mm brown waxed cotton cord features sliding knots, so the necklace can be adjusted to the desired length.
The silver and copper components of these earrings have been oxidised using liver of sulphur to give an antiqued finish. Renaissance Wax has been used to seal the patina on the copper, which will preserve the finish and prevent the copper from turning green over time. To keep the finish looking its best, it's recommended to remove the necklace before showering or swimming etc.
All my jewellery packaging is biodegradable.
