Beautifully made 'Cherry Blossom' Fused Glass Picture.
Eye-catching and relaxing.
This picture started as a piece of transparent bullseye glass. The tree trunks were very carefully painted on using 'glassline', which is a very fine glass powder. The blossom was created by using a mix of white and pink glass frit. I added ground transparent dichroic glass to give the picture a little bit of a sparkle.
This picture has a stand on the reverse for placing on a shelf. There is also a hook for wall hanging.
Frame: 27.7 x 27.7cm, depth: 1.8cm.
Picture: 15 x 15cm, depth:5mm.
Signed on front and reverse.
